As I made calls today to some members and homebound members of our Church I was reminded of the beauty of this world that frequently stays hidden in our every day interactions with people. Everyone has a story to tell if we would just take some time out of our busy lives to slow down and listen. And we shouldn’t forget either how important a sincere kind word or statement is to someone. Take time to tell your friends and family that you love them and appreciate them. That person can have so many life experiences locked up within their minds and souls. Think of them like a Morning Glory flower for example that hasn’t opened yet and will as soon as it starts to receive the early morning dew and dawn! It then will blossom into a beautiful flower full of beauty to share to everyone who takes the time to partake of it. It will eventually close and hold in its beauty once again only to share it once again the next morning! You can be the comforting dew and dawn in someone’s life if you only will take the time and effort!

In every battle you will need faith as your shield to stop the fiery arrows aimed at you by Satan. -Ephesians 6:16 (TLB) Many jokes are made about the devil, but the devil is no joke. If a short time ago I had talked about Satan to university students, they would have made light of him, but no longer. Students today want to know about the devil, about witchcraft, about the occult. Many people do not know they are turning to Satan. They are being deluded because, according to Jesus Christ, Satan is the father of lies and the greatest liar of all times. He is called a deceiver. In order to accomplish his purpose, the devil blinds people to their need of Christ. Two forces are at work in our world, the forces of Christ and the forces of the devil, and you are asked to choose. Billy Graham

1 Corinthians 15:56-57
56 The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. 57 But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
